Rael's claims are not so diffused and from a view point of the general public,
the most famous rumor of aliens would be Greys, and subsequently Reptilians.
Rumors are summarized in various aliens websites.
The following 3 sites could be representative.
*
"Three Prominent Alien Types Exposed"

"Crystalinks Extraterrestrials"

They say 3 major species would be Greys, Reptilians, and Nordics.
Greys are, in a sense, humanoids with a head including 2 eyes at the top of the body,
2 arms, 2 legs, and bipedal as depicted in the above websites.
Distinctive features of Greys would be roughly 1 - 1.2 m tall, a large head, no ears, no hair,
wet greenish skin, and webbed hands and feet.

Reptilians are also, in a sense, humanoids like reptiles with a head including 2 eyes
at the top of the body,
2 arms, 2 legs, and bipedal as depicted in the above websites.
Distinctive features of Reptilians would be roughly 2 - 3 m tall with scaly green to
brown skin like reptiles.
"Reptoid" seems a conjoined word from "Reptalian-Humanoid" and merely
a synonym of Reptilian.
"Draco," "Draconian," "Dinosauroid," "Saurian," and suchlike would be synonyms or variants of
Reptilians.

Distinctive fatures of Nordics would be just like humans and blonde hair, while they might be
a little taller than humans.

2.2.1.2 Details of Major Extraterrestrials
2.2.1.2.1 Categories of Major Extraterrestrials
Detailed possible categories and description of extraterrestrials might be as follows,
while details are controversial.
2.2.1.2.2 Types of Greys
Attribution:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Alienigena.jpg
Greys could be categorized into 3 types
(1) Greys type A
Greys type A is the representative species of Greys and commonly referred to
as Reticulians or Little Greys.
They are roughly 4.5 feet (1.4m) tall and bipedal. They are characterized by large
sharp eyes, no nose.
They came from Zeta Reticuli binary star system
(Right ascension: 03h 18m, Declination: -62°, Distance: 39 light-years)
in the direction of the constellation Reticulum.
Their genetics are said to be partly from insects.
Other than that, they are inclined to rely on genetic engineering and cloning.
Their reproductive function and digestive function have degenerated.
Their genetics have declined, they need human bodies as nourishment, and they
are trying to create
improved generations through genetic engineering like mixed race with humans.
They have underground bases in the USA.
They have to obey and serve Reptilians on their home planet.
They are then intending to improve their genetics through experiments on the Earth and
immigrate to the Earth confronting Reptilians.

*Right ascension and Declination show the direction from the Earth as
longitude and latitude show the direction from the center of the Earth.
The horizontal direction (on the plane of revolution of the Earth around the sun) from
the Earth to the sun on the Vernal Equinox (March Equinox) Day (March 20 or 21) is
"Right ascention: 00 hour 00 minute."
The direction to the sun for example roughly 3 months later (around June 20) is
"Right ascention: 06 hours 00 minute."
The vertical degree from the plane of revolution of the Earth around the sun is Declination.
(Northern direction is "+" and Southern direction is "-".)
These are defined in the equatorial coordinate system.

"Celestial Coordinate System in Wikipedia"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celestial_coordinate_system
The center of the Milky Way galaxy, supposedly a supermassive black hole,
lies 27,000 light-years away from the sun
in the direction of Right ascention: 17h 46m, Declination: -29°, in the
constellation Sagittarius.
The Milky Way galaxy includes between some 200,000,000,000-400,000,000,000
stars and revolves along with the Solar system around the galactic poles' axis.
The north galactic pole is in the direction of Right ascension: 12h 49m, Declination: +27°.
The Milky Way galaxy revolves clockwise looking from the north galactic pole.
The sun and the Solar system move (around the galactic center) in the direction of
the constellation Cygnus (Right ascension: 20h 37m, Declination: +42°) at 220 km/s
(7,400 light-years/10,000,000 years).
(The revolution period would be some 240,000,000 years.)
On the other hand, the Milky Way galaxy is included in the Local Group
consisting of more than 54 galaxies.
The Local Group is included in the Virgo Supercluster consisting of some 100 clusters of galaxies.
(A cluster of galaxies consists of between scores and thousands of galaxies respectively.)
The center of the Virgo Supercluster would be some 60,000,000 light-years
away in the direction of the constellation Virgo
(Right ascension: 12h 27m, Declination: +13°) (similar to the direction of the north galactic pole).
According to Hubble's Law, the universe is expanding roughly homogeneously.
Since the expansion is roughly homogeneous, 2 galaxies go away each other,
the velocity going away
is roughly proportional to the distance.
If the distance is 1,000,000 light-years, the velocity depending on
Hubble's Law would be 20 km/s.
If the distance is 60,000,000 light-years, the velocity depending on Hubble's Law
would be 1,200 km/s.
If the distance is 250,000,000 light-years, the velocity depending on Hubble's
Law would be 5,000 km/s.
Then for example, according to Hubble's Law, every galaxy located
60,000,000 light-years away in any direction
(including the center of the Virgo Sipercluster) would
go away from the Milky Way galaxy at 1,200 km/s, and every galaxy located
250,000,000 light-years away in any direction
would go away from the Milky Way galaxy at 5,000 km/s.
(On the other hand, the radius of the universe as far as possible to be
obseved is 43,000,000,000 light-years.
The center of the universe is not yet specified or theoretically impossible to be specified.)
However, the velocity of the galaxies at the center of the Virgo Supercluster
(some 60,000,000 light-years away) was presumed going away at some 1,000 km/s
inconsistently with Hubble's Law.
The difference between 1,200 km/s and 1,000 km,
consequently 200km/s would be attributed to the gravity of the Virgo Supercluster.
Other than that,
the velocity of the galaxies some 250,000,000 light-years away
in the direction of the constellation Hydra
(Right ascension: 11h, Declination: -20°) was presumed
going away at some 4,500 km/s inconsistently with Hubble's Law's presumption.
It means something 250,000,000 light-years away in the direction of the constellation Hydra
is attracting the Virgo Supercluster at the rate of some
500 km/s. It was named Great Attractor.

The stars are located in the following maps,
while the maps are 20 times zoomed in.
(2) Greys type B
Greys type B is referred to as Large Nose Greys.
They are similar to Greys type A but characterized by large noses and
roughly 7.5 feet (2.3 m) tall.
They might be said to have come from Betelgeuse star system
(Right ascention: 05h 55m, Declination: +07°, Distance: 643 light-years) or
Rigel star system (Right ascension: 05h 14m, Declination: -08°, Distance: 773 light-years)
in the direction of Orion.
They are said to be rather hostile to humans.
Their bases on the Earth are said to be in the Aleutian Islands to the east of Russia.

(3) Greys type C
Greys type C are similar to Greys type A, but characterized by 3.5 feet (1.05 m) tall.
They are said to have come from Bellatrix star system (Gamma Orions)
(Right ascension: 05h 25m, Declination: +06°, Distance: 240 light-years)
in the direction of the constellation Orion
(on the left shoulder of Orion).
Greys type C and type A are said to have come from the same root race.

2.2.1.2.3 Types of Reptilians (Reptoids etc.)
Attribution:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dinosauroid.jpg#mw-jump-to-license
Understanding of Reptilians (Reptoids etc.) is controversial, while
a possible understanding would be as follows.
(1) Reptilians without wings
"Reptilians without wings" are commonly recognized the most representative race of Reptilians.
They are roughly 7 feet (2.1 m) tall and bipedal.
Reptilians without wings are frequently depicted as wearing a cape with a hood.
Both "with tails" and "with no tails" are said to be reported.
Reptilians without wings are said to have come from Thuban star
system (Alpha Draconis star system)
(Right ascenstion: 14h 04m, Declination: 64°, Distance: 303 light-years)
in the direction of the constellation Draco.
They regard the Earth as their ancient outpost and under their rule.
They are said to eat live humans.
Other than that, it is frequently said that they were dwelling on the Earth or
under the Earth in the ancient times or since the ancient times
referring to legends of dragons including the serpent with legs in Genesis.

*
"Draco in Wikipedia"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draco_(constellation)
(2) Winged Reptilians (Reptilians with wings; Dracos)
Another Reptilian race with wings is alleged.
("Draco" might be frequently
referred to as another reptile-like extraterrestrials with wings.
However, "Draco" is not clearly defined and "Draco" seems misleading,
since "Draco" is the name of a constellation.)
"Winged Reptilians" (Doracos) are similar to "Reptilians without wings" in appearance,
while "Winged Reptilians" are roughly 9 feet (2.7 m) tall on the average
and "Winged Reptilians" have wings.
In addition, "Winged Reptilians" are said to be athletic and
with a horn on its forehead.
"Winged Reptilians" are frequently said to wear a cape like "Reptilians without wings."
Winged Reptilians seem to be said to have come from Thuban star system
(Alpha Draconis star system) and
they are superior to "Reptilians without wings" in Reptilians' hierarchy.
"Winged Reptilians" are also referred to associated with legends of dragons.
"Winged Reptilians" might be also said to have visited the Earth in the ancient times.
2.2.1.2.4 Nordics
Nordics are nearly just like Northern Europeans with blonde hair.
Nordics are roughly 6 feet (1.8 m) tall.
Nordics are frequently said to have come from Taygeta star system
(Right ascension: 03h 45m, Declination: +24°, Distance: 440 light-years),
a member of the Pleiades star cluster
(Right ascension: 3h 47m, Declination: +24°, Distance: 391-456 light-years),
in the direction of the constellation Taurus.
It might be said that they lived in the direction of the constellation Lyra, invaded by
Reptilians from Thuban (Alpha Draconis), and expelled to the Pleiades.
They are said to be an ancient humanoid race that visited the Earth
in the ancient times.
They are said to be benevolently watching over humans on the Earth.
