Exposition Universelle of 1889 took place in Paris from May 1889 CE. The main symbol was the Eiffel Tower created by Gustave Eiffel. It is said that Gustave Eiffel (1832 - 1923 CE) had a secret meeting called "PLUS ULTRA (further beyond)" with Nikola Tesla (1856 - 1943 CE), Thomas Edison (1847 - 1931 CE), and Jules Verne (1828 - 1905 CE) at the top of the Eiffel Tower during the Exposition, on September 9, 1889 CE.
Nikola Tesla is a Serbian inventor. Tesla was born in 1856 CE in Austria Empire (later Croatia). When Nikola was 5 years old, his older brother died, Nikola started to see flashes and visions. Nikola purportedly frequently suffered seeing flashes and some visions associated with new ideas and invention. For example, his weird autobiography chapter 1 "My Early Life" states as follows.
"There was another and still more important reason for my late awakening. In my boyhood I suffered from a peculiar affliction due to the appearance of images, often accompanied by strong flashes of light, which marred the sight of real objects and interfered with my thought and action. They were pictures of things and scenes which I had really seen, never of those I imagined. When a word was spoken to me the image of the object it designated would present itself vividly to my vision and sometimes I was quite unable to distinguish whether what I saw was tangible or not. This caused me great discomfort and anxiety."
According to his autobiography, the visions were quite detailed, making the detailed visions real became his invention.
Tesla started working for Continental Edison Company in France from 1882 CE. Tesla moved to New York to work for Edison Machine Works in 1884 CE. However, Tesla and Edison got into trouble about payment and Tesla resigned in 1885 CE.
Despite such context, it is said that they founded the secret society Plus Ultra aiming a Utopia through geniuses' talent and righteous ambitions during the Exposition mediated by Eiffel.

In 1897 CE, the first Zionist Congress was held in Basel, Switzerland, at the request of Herzl, one of the leaders of the Zionist movement. This conference was supposed to be made up of people who claimed to be Jewish representatives, and it was here that the World Zionist Organization was established. This was a movement to create a Jewish settlement in Canaan, which was under the control of the Ottoman Empire at the time.
