In this case, extracted Plutoniums through the PUREX Process wouldn't be led to nuclear explosion, since Plutonium-240 is more than 7%.
However, if the Nuclear fuel rods are frequently exchanged, Plutonium-240 would be reduced to weapons-grade level (below 7%). If the Nuclear fuel rods are exposed to weak neutron radiation and removed within 90 days to avoid excessive neutron absorption (avoid twice absorption), Plutonium-240 is less produced. Preferably the rods should be replaced every within 2 months. Then weapons-grade Plutonium is produced in the fuel rods. In this case, weapons-grade Plutonium is extracted through the PUREX Process.

2.4.9.2.23 Onoda's Return from Lubang in 1974 CE

Onoda Hiroo (小野田 寛郎) was an intelligence officer of the Imperial Japanese Army. He was dispatched to a small island Lubang immediately to the northwest of Mindoro Island in the Philippines in December 1944 CE. He stayed there as a Japanese soldier until 1974 CE. He was discovered in 1974 CE and returned to Japan in March 1974 CE.
According to the accepted story, he stayed there until 1974 CE, because he was not informed of the end of the war and the end of his mission to fight the US Armed Forces.

Mesopotamia is a region around the Tigris and the Euphrates rivers. The lower river region of Mesopotamia ranging over Ur and Babylon is Babylonia region. The upper Tigris and Euphrates rivers region of Mesopotamia around Assur and Nineveh is Assyria region. The lower (southern) part of Babylonia around Ur, Uruk, Lagash, and later Basra is Sumer. The first civilization on the Earth purportedly occurred in Sumer around 5000 BCE. The Sumerians purportedly formed city-states such as Ur, Uruk, Eridu (12 km to the southwest of Ur), Lagash, and later Nippur around 3500 BCE. (Later Nippur would be originally called "Nibru" in the Sumerian language, later called "Nibbur" in the Akkadian language, then called later "Nippur.")

The Sumerians started to use clay tablets to inscribe pictures and letters around 3200 BCE. (Their Sumerian language, particularly its grammar, is quite independently different from later other neighboring languages.) The Amorite (Babylonian) king Hammurabi, famous for the Code of Hammurabi, expanded the First Amorite Babylonian Dynasty and ruled Mesopotamia around 1770 BCE. The Middle Assyrian Empire arose around 1360 BCE. The Assyrians started to use iron weapons and chariots and ruled the city of Babylon around 1220 BCE. The Middle Assyrian Empire declined around 1060 BCE.

The Aramaic language arose around 800 BCE along with the occurrence of the Neo-Assyrian. (The Aramaic language is also a kind of the Semitic languages.) The Aramaic letters are totally different from cuneiform script. The Akkadian language (Babylonian language and Assyrian language) started to decline.
The Neo-Assyrian Empire arose around 750 BCE. The Neo-Assyrian Empire defeated the Northern Kingdom of Israel, the Israeli population in the Northern Kingdom of Israel was deported to Assyria around 720 BCE. The Neo-Assyrian Empire ruled Babylon around 710 BCE. Its capital moved to Nineveh in 705 BCE. The Library of King Ashurbanipal containing over 20,000 cuneiform tablets including the Epics of Gilgamesh and Atra-Hasis would be constructed around 650 BCE in Nineveh.
The Assyrians declined and the Neo-Babylonian Empire arose around 610 BCE. The Neo-Babylonian Empire defeated the Kingdom of Judah and the Jewish population was deported to Babylon around 600 BCE.

The Persian Empire arose around 550 BCE. The Persian Empire ruled the city of Babylon and the Jewish population was released in 539 BCE.

Aside from the Persian Empire, Mesopotamian religions are similar, Mesopotamian deities mostly originate from Sumerian mythology. Among many Sumerian gods, the supreme god is the sky god An (An in the Sumerian language, Anu in the Akkadian language), the second god is the wind god Enlil (Enlil both in the Sumerian language and the Akkadian language), the third god is the water god Enki (Enki in the Sumerian language, Ea in the Akkadian language). The cuneiform tablets of the Sumerian King List show that kingship descended to 5 cities of Sumer from the heaven before a flood.
The first kingship descended from the heaven to the city of Eridu. The first king reigned for 28800 years, which corresponds to 8 sars. ("sars" is a Sumerian numerical unit meaning 3600, while "ners" means 600, "sosses" means 60.)
The 2nd king reigned for 36000 years (10 sars). Next, the kingship moved to the city of Bad-tibira, the 3rd king reigned for 43200 years (12 sars). The 4th king reigned for 28800 years (8 sars) and the 5th king for 36000 years (10 sars). Then the kingship moved to the city of Larag, the 6th king reigned for 28800 years (8 sars), the 7th king at Zimbir reigned for 21000 years (5 sars and 5 ners),
the 8th king Ziusudra at Shuruppak reigned for 18600 years (5 sars and 1 ner), while it should be noted that the name of the city of later Nippur, present-day mounds of Nuffar ("Nibru" in the Sumerian language) is not seen.
The flood sweeping away things on the Earth occurred and the 8th reign ended.
Thus the terms of the reigns before the flood are quite long.

After the flood, the kingship descended to the city of Kish and subsequently to other cities.

In reference to the flood, the Epic of Ziusudra, Atra-Hasis, and the Epic of Gilgamesh mention about it.

According to the Epic of Ziusudra, An, Enlil, Enki, and Ninhursag created black-headed people (humans), animals, and plants. Then 5 cities were sequentially built and the kingship descended from the heaven sequentially to the 5 cities. Enki was assigned to the first city Eridu (Eridug). Inanna was assigned to the second city Bad-tibira. Pabilsag was assigned to the third city Larag. Utu was assigned to Zimbir The goddess Sud (Ninlil) was assigned to the city of Shuruppak.
However subsequently, supposedly because of arrogance of humans, the council of gods led by An and Enlil decided to annihilate humans causing a dulge. Yet, affectionate Enki recognized king Ziusudra's piety and instructed him to create a boat to survive the dulge. Ziusudra and seeds of animals survived the dulge in the boat. Consequently, An and Enlil gave Ziusudra eternal life in reward.

The mother goddess Mami mixed a lump of clay with the slain god Geshtu-E's flesh and blood and created a small clay doll. She conceived it, after 10 months, humans were born.
Humans on the Earth became overpopulation, plagues also occurred. The cruel earth god Enlil caused famine and drought at regular intervals of 1200 years to reduce the population. Meanwhile, Enlil decided to annihilate humans on the Earth through a flood. Atra-Hasis was a wise ruler of a city (Shuruppak: south of Nippur) on the Earth. (Atra-Hasis means "exceedingly wise.") Enki advised Atra-Hasis to build a three-layer structure boat. Atra-Hasis' family and animals got on board the boat and survived through the flood. The Epic of Gilgamesh is a story that the king of Uruk Gilgamesh wanders seeking Gods' secret of eternal life. One day, An's (Anu's) daughter Inanna (Ishtar) seduced Gilgamesh, but Gilgamesh refused it. Then Inanna sent the Heaven Bull "Gugalanna" to Uruk in revenge and the bull destroyed the city. Gilgamesh and his close friend Enkidu slayed the bull. However, Enkidu was sentenced to death under the pretense of killing the holy bull. Enkidu died, Gilgamesh lamented Enkidu's death, feared his own death, and wandered looking for Utnapishtim, who purportedly knows the secret of eternal life.
Gilgamesh eventually found Utnapishtim. According to Utnapishtim, the god Enki (Ea) warned him of a flood that Enlil was planning, instructed him to build a large boat to evade the flood. Utnapishtim, his family, his craftsmens, and all animals of the field survived the flood in the boat. After the flood, Enki and Inanna blamed Enlil for the flood, Enlil rewarded Utnapishtim and his wife with eternal life.
Gilgamesh couldn't withstand the test that Utnapishtim imposed him, Gilgamesh couldn't gain eternal life, instead obtained boxthorn-like plant, which might make man young. However, the boxthorn-like plant was stolen by a serpent and Gilgamesh entirely failed to obtain immortality and youth.

As far as human creation on the Earth, as mentioned above, the Epic of Atra-Hasis states that before the human creation, because of An and Enlil's direction, lower rank gods had to work like farming on the Earth, but they rebelled and refused to work, then Enki proposed to create humans working instead.

Another human creation myth would be Enki and Ninmah's story. Many gods were born in Sumer, it became overpopulation, gods in Sumer had to work like constructing canals. Enki's mother goddess Nammu encouraged Enki to create humans in the image of gods to help the working gods. Ninmah joined to support the creation. Eventually, Enki and Ninmah created various kinds of humans including physically handicapped humans from lamps of clay and assigned proper occupations to the handicapped humans.

Babylonian Creation Myth Enuma Elish dedicating to Babylon's god Marduk in the Akkadian language could be written sometime between 1800 BCE and 1100 BCE possibly after the missing of the Sumerians.
Enuma Elish tells as follows.
The premeval gods of the world are the fresh water god Apsu and the oceanic water goddess Tiamat. They created several young gods and goddesses such as Ea (Enki) and Damkina (Ninhursag). However, the young gods were so noisy, Apsu decided to kill them. Rather Ea killed Apsu. Ea became the primary god, Ea and Damkina's son Marduk was born. Marduk caused storms and tornadoes, they harmed Tiamat. Tiamat for revenge created 11 monsters such as Great Dragon, Exalted Serpent, Furious Snake, Mad Lion, Scorpion-Man, Fish-Man, and Bull-Man. Some gods such as Tiamat's husband Kingu sided with Tiamat, some gods sided with Marduk.
Marduk became the leader against Tiamat, Marduk defeated Tiamat's army. Marduk teared Tiamat's corpse into two, from the two, he created the earth and the skies. Marduk also created the calendar, regulated the moon, the sun and weather, and organized the planets and the stars, fixed the turning point (astronomical equinox) Nibiru regulating the passageway in the heaven. (Nibiru is originally an Akkadian (Babylonian) word meaning "crossing" or "point of transition." Nibiru is identified with Marduk in Babylonian mythology.)
The gods who had sided with Tiamat were forced to work to serve the gods who had sided with Marduk.
Subsequently, Marduk killed Tiamat's husband Kingu. Enki created the first human mixing Kingu's blood, the earth, and the skies and making a clay mold. Humans were forced to work and the defeated gods were freed from the work. On the other hand, Marduk assigned 900 Igigi to their posts, 600 Igigi in the underworld and 300 Igigi in the heaven.

2.4.9.2.26.3.2.6 Gods' Journey in Boats to Nibru

In the Sumerian myths, gods and goddesses sometimes made journeys to Nibru and Eridu, particularly to Nibru in boats to receive Enlil's blessing. For example, Enki's Journey to Nibru, Nanna-Suen's Journey to Nibru. The meaning of Nibru is unclear, yet according to the context, Enlil resides in Nibru. Since En-me-barage-si's temple is the first temple of Enlil, the journeys in the stories wouldn't be assumed before En-me-barage-si's temple, while according to the ordinary theory, Nibru would be interpreted as the city of later Nippur on the Earth. The city of later Nippur would be named based on the perception identifying Nibru with the city or the temple.
Other than that, in "123-130, Enki and the World Order," Enki chants, "Let the Magan boats be loaded sky-high. Let the magilum boats of Meluha transport gold and silver and bring them to Nibru for Enlil, king of all the lands."

2.4.9.2.26.4 Sitchin's Sumerian Anunnaki Theory.

Supposedly connecting some pieces of the Mesopotamian myths mentioned above, the Theory of Evolution, Recent African Origin of Modern Humans Theory, and abundance of gold in South Africa, Zechariah Sitchin released his Sumerian Anunnaki Theory in 1976 CE. His theory and relevant theories hold as follows.

The Solar System has the 10th planet Nibiru, meaning "planet of crossing" in Sumerian, beyond Neptune. (Since the planets were counted including Sun and Moon, Nibiru was called "the 12th planet.") It revolves orthogonally to other planets' revolution plane. It revolves once every 3,600 years passing other planets' revolution plane. According to Sitchin based on Sumerian material, Extraterrestrials like human were on Nibiru. They could be called Nibiruans. Their life span is hundreds of thousands of years. Nibiru's atmosphere started to be scattered and lost. Gold particles had to be sprinkled over to shield the atmosphere to prevent the scattering. The king of Nibiru at the time Alalu was incapable and deposed. Anu was enthroned instead. 900 personnel were responsible for finding Gold and other materials. They found gold on the Earth. 600 personnel including Enlil and Enki came to the Earth for the first time possibly around 450000 BCE and mined gold. (300 personnel stayed on Mars to intermediate between Earth and Nibiru.) According to the Atra-Hasis tablets and Sitchin, "An" or "Anu" means "sky or heaven," "the god of sky or heaven," or "king of gods." "Na" means "descend from." "Ki" means "earth" or "goddess responsible for the Earth." Then, "Anunnaki" means "descendants of the god of heaven on the Earth" or "people came from the heaven to the Earth." Enlil and Enki are sons of Anu in Sumerian mythology. Enlil is the god of wind in Sumerian and Babylonian mythology. Enki (Ea in later Babylonian mythology) is the god of water.

On the other hand, ape-men homo erectus appeared on the Earth possibly at latest around 300000 BCE because of warm climate and evolution. Meanwhile, since the mining over 150,000 years was hard, and ape-men (homo erectus) were somewhat similar to Anunnaki (extra-terrestrial humans), Anunnaki created hybrids between ape-women of the homo erectus and Anunnaki to put them to mining work. The hybrid (man) was named "Lu" meaning "worker, or servant." (Hybrids with lion's body and human's head like Sphinx might have been created on the way to human creation.) The first hybrid man was Adapa (Adam) between Enki's sperm and ape-woman' ovum. The surrogate mother goddess was Ninki. Sitchin presented a drawing of the birth on P162 in his book "Genesis Revisited" with the Tree of Life.
(On the other hand, as mentioned later, a boy and Aryana Havah in 2000 CE claimed that Anunnakis were like reptiles from the constellation Draco and fabricated false stories on the Sumerian material.)

Subsequently, they created many humans, and gave birth to many hybrids and pure Nibiru babies. A pure Nibiru baby was Sumerian Inanna, Babylonian Ishtar.
Subsequently, Nibiru's orbital approach to the Earth induced the Great Flood.
After the Flood, Anunnakis started reconstruction on the Earth, created Egyptian pyramids as landmarks and beacons for spaceships along the Nile imitating stars along the Milky Way. Since the life span of Anunnakis are hundreds of thousands of years, they are virtually immortal for humans on the Earth, humans worshipped Anunnakis as gods.
