As mentioned before, Moon of the Unification Church was once imprisoned by communist North Korea, the Unification Church originally opposed North Korea since the establishment. However, since the Yi clan's agent Kim Jong-un grew, the Unification Church suddenly reached settlement with North Korea in 1992 CE.

Subsequently, Kim Il-sung died and Kim Jong-il succeeded North Korea in 1994 CE.

2.4.11.2.4 Publication of "The Montauk Project" in 1992 CE

2.4.11.2.4.1 Introduction

The first Montauk Project book, "The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time," was published in June 1992 CE by a man named Preston Nichols with a giant horse or mustang statue on the cover.
This book claimed as follows.

His companions included men named Alfred Bielek (Al Bielek) and Duncan Cameron.
According to their claims, Preston Nichols worked at the U.S. military's Montauk Air Force Station (also called Montauk Base or Camp Hero) in Montauk, New York. However, Preston Nichols had no recollection of working there.
In 1985 CE, a man named Duncan Cameron visited Nichols' house. Duncan Cameron claimed to have had specialized training with the NSA (National Security Agency), and he knew an outline of Montauk Air Force Station. Al Bielek was acquainted with Preston, and in August 1985 CE, at Preston's invitation, Preston, Al Bielek, and Duncan visited the site of Montauk Base. Subsequently, they shared a vast amount of information regarding the Montauk Project. It is said that they regained their memory.
In addition to what was written in Preston Nichols' book, they also argued like below. However, there are contradictory stories based on information that multiple people remembered something they had forgotten, and although it is unclear what is accurate, some stories are considered to be false information. The following story has been compiled to be as consistent as possible. However, it's still a story that involves time travel, and it's a complicated story because time moves back and forth.

2.4.11.2.4.2 Philadelphia Experiment (USS Eldridge)

According to the book, the first Philadelphia Experiment took place in 1942 CE. The second experiment by John von Neuman took place using live humans in 1943 CE.

Al Bielek claims his original name was Edward Cameron. Edward Cameron was born in August 1916 CE, studied physics under John von Neumann at Princeton University, and went on to Harvard University, while his half-brother Duncan Cameron Jr. (born May 1917 CE) studied physics at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Their father is called Alexander Duncan Cameron Sr.
Both Edward Cameron and Duncan Cameron Jr. served in the Navy and later both participated in the second Philadelphia Experiment.
On August 12, 1943 CE, Edward Cameron and his brother Duncan boarded the Eldridge along with other crew members and the experiment began.

Shortly after Eldridge's power was turned on, the ship suddenly became chaotic. Some of the crew members were stuck in walls or lost their senses. Edward and Duncan were saved because they were inside the generator room, however, they were unable to stop the generator and sensing danger, jumped into the sea. However, it felt like it never reached the sea and continued to fall into clouds.
When they regained consciousness, they were in hospital beds. Both suffered severe burns all over their bodies. There were people who looked like medical workers at the hospital. They asked them about the situation, they realized that it was the year 2137 CE. There was a small color TV hanging from the ceiling and it was showing history, geography, and educational programs. They noticed on TV that the coastlines of the United States and Europe changed, and when they were shown maps and geographic information of the United States and other countries. They found that water levels rose and the coastlines moved inland. Many were also submerged in the sea in other parts of the world.
The world's population is 300 million and the population of the United States is 50 million. There is no currency. From 2000 CE to around 2025 CE, many lives were lost due to World War III involving nuclear war and the collapse of the Earth, the government disappeared, and since then the military has taken control. The reason why they came in 2137 CE is unclear.
Edward spent six weeks in the hospital and wandered around the hospital, then suddenly time travel occurred again and he endded up in a different era.
It was the year 2749 CE. Duncan wasn't with him. There were some big, wonderful cities, but also some high-rise buildings, about 300 stories high, suspended 500 feet in the air by anti-gravity devices. The population was kept at 500 million. In this society, computers controlled everything, there was no government or currency, and people did not need to work. Edward became close friends with many people. A group called the WingMakers created this system, and they said that this society was experimental.

Edward spent two years there, he was told that he must return to his own world and was sent to the year 2137 CE, where he met Duncan again. Then they were immediately sent to Montauk Base on August 12, 1983 CE.
Old John von Neumann was waiting there. Von Neumann knew their coming to 1983 CE. Eldridge's power in the Philadelphia Experiment connected 1943 CE and 1983 CE, and Montauk engineers couldn't stop Eldridge. Then he asked the Cameron brothers to return to 1943 CE and stop Eldridge's power generation system in August 1943 CE. Old records purportedly indicated that the Cameron brothers shut down Eldridge's generator.
The brothers had some time travels in Montauk before returning to 1943 CE. (As mentioned below, time travel is said to be possible as of 1983 CE)
One day, there was a side tunnel inside the time tunnel, and although they were warned not to go into it, they went into it and were captured by aliens. This tunnel appeared to be an artificial reality (a fake tunnel) created by aliens. The aliens wanted the equipment at Montauk Base. Apparently it's needed to charge the UFO's crystal drive underground in Montauk, although the aliens didn't give any details. The brothers obtained it at Montauk Base and gave it to the aliens.
The brothers then destroyed Eldridge's equipment, so Eldridge returned to Philadelphia in 1943 CE. At this time, Edward returned in 1943 CE, while Duncan went to 1983 CE for some reason (perhaps due to a time portal experiment). However, due to a time distortion, Duncan in 1983 CE suddenly grew old and died.
However, engineers at Montauk in 1983 CE knew there was a possibility of reviving Duncan. They went in 1947 CE and met Duncan's father and asked him to create a son for him. Duncan's father separated from Duncan's mother and married another woman, however, in 1951 CE he had a son with his new wife, whom he named Duncan. When Duncan, who was born in 1951 CE, grew up and became 1963 CE, the 1983 CE scientists went to 1963 CE. The scientists retrieved the information/soul of the dead Duncan, transplanted it to Duncan in 1963 CE, who was born in 1951 CE. Then, a character named Duncan born in 1951 CE appeared who had the soul of Duncan born in 1917 CE.

(Edward returned in 1943 CE, married while in the Navy, had a son, and was transferred to Los Alamos, New Mexico, where he remained until July 1947 CE, when he was forcibly separated from his family and sent to Montauk Base. It is said that he was transferred and has since severed ties with his family. From there, he seems to have become involved in the Montauk Project mentioned above. From around 1979 CE, time travel became possible. On the other hand, in 1963 CE or sometime, a secret meeting was held regarding biorhythms. Edward had made a career in the Navy and was involved in secret matters, but he is said to have been dissatisfied with the military's policies. Scientists applied something called the Regression Technique to Edward. The regression technique originates from Nikola Tesla, who is said to have discovered it during his first Philadelphia Experiment. It is a method of moving something called a time lock, which allows them to look for example 20 years younger. The Bielek family, whose child Al Bielek died before the age of one in 1927 CE, was chosen for this application. The Bielek family's memories were altered, they thought that Al Bielek didn't die, and Edward was replaced with Al Bielek. Edward was against the military's policies regarding nuclear weapons, etc., and Edward was a nuisance to the military, but killing Edward could lead to a tragic timeline, so they would have decided to keep him alive. It seems that they wanted to erase his memory of the experiments while utilizing him.)

These experiments were called the Phoenix Project, however, the U.S. Congress opposed continuing research, fearing the consequences it might have, and the project was disbanded and unfunded. However, those involved in the project secured a funding source, approached the U.S. military and secretly continued their research, including methods of controlling human minds using electromagnetic waves.

In 1971 CE, with the covert cooperation of the U.S. military, a follow-up to the Phoenix Project began as the Phoenix II Project (Montauk Project in a narrow sense) and continued research into mind control, weather manipulation, and space-time travel. The electromagnetic wave frequency that affects human consciousness is said to be about 425 - 450 MHz, and the experiment was conducted using this electromagnetic wave transmitted from the radar antenna at Montauk. It was found that changing the frequency, pulse, and waveform of electromagnetic waves could change the emotions and atmosphere of people inside the base.
Detailed research was done primarily with the help of Duncan Cameron Jr. He entered a small room in the base, where a radar antenna beamed a large amount of electromagnetic waves.

A device was developed to read minds of others and the technology of the mind reading device could be used for mind control. The Montauk Chair No. 1 was developed as a mind control device in 1974 CE. It was improved introducing technology from Sirius aliens, and in 1976 CE, the Montauk Chair No. 2 was created.
The next experiment is not about transmitting thoughts. It was about creating solid objects. When Duncan II imagined an object and the transmitter supplied enough power, it appeared on a screen and then appeared somewhere in the base. Duncan II had a special ability that allows him to create things with a high probability. Sometimes he was able to build an entire building.
The next experiment is to obtain perceptual content of other people's brain. When Duncan II was given something like a person's hair, he could tell what that person is seeing or hearing, no matter where that person is. This experiment was called "The Seeing Eye." Furthermore, it became possible to control thoughts and actions of other people, it means to take over their brains and hearts.
Time travel experiments began in 1979 CE.

2.4.11.2.4.4 Phoenix III Project (Time Travel & Travel to Extraterrestrial Region)

The time travel experiment including to extraterrestrial region is called "Phoenix III Project."
The facilities were installed in a huge basement below Montauk Base, about 120 feet (about 37 meters) high, and the chamber (space) was about 300 feet (about 91 meters) underground. A Montauk chair was placed above an antenna and below a transmitter. This antenna is said to have been provided with technology from aliens in the direction of the constellation Orion, and is called the "Orion Delta T antenna," while details are unknown.
(Al Bielek states about cooperation of the Orion Group or "Leverons" (coalition of reptilian aliens and their grey alien slaves). Additionally, aliens from Sirius also provided technical assistance. A group of aliens in the direction of the constellation Orion had a secret contract with the US government. Leverons is said to be a simplified expression of the name Duncan II obtained through channeling, and is said to have the same meaning as the Leveron Alliance or the Orion Alliance, consisting of Reptilians (Snakes) from the direction of the constellation Orion and Greys. It is said that the greys here are the greys that has signed a treaty with the U.S. government. It is unknown whether this grey is the same as Kondrakins (the tall blue-gray that Al Bielek refers to). The word Leviathan has its origin in "snake" and is said to be derived from "Leveron." The environment of the Earth is difficult for the reptilians from the direction of the constellation Orion to live in and the grey aliens here are the slaves of the reptilians and the grey aliens are helping them. The star cluster in the extension of Orion's Belt is the Pleiades star cluster in the constellation Taurus. Duncan II's mastery of the facilityes allows him to open portals to various times. This portal resembled a large spiral or vortex, with a unique spiral tunnel that was lit all the way through. Walking through this tunnel will transport them back in time.

The Phoenix III project began in earnest in 1981 CE with many personnel changes.
They organized so-called Montauk Boys, Aryan children mostly consisting of 10-16 years old blond hair, tall stature, blue eyes, and fair skin boys, and send them to another era. These boys were runaways or had been kidnapped, and some were about four years old. They were brainwashed into obedience in MK Ultra's methods by drugging, sexually abusing, and torturing them by dousing them in water and suffocating them.
Initially, many were sent to investigate the ruined city of 6037 CE. Some were asked to investigate and report on the horse statue there. It is unknown what happened to the children after that, and there are stories that 3,000 to 10,000 were sent 200 to 300 years into the future, details are unknown.

The next experiment was to create a portal (time tunnel) connecting Mars and Earth. It connects Earth to the Martian pyramids near the face of Mars in the Cydonia region of Mars.
Duncan II created a portal (time tunnel) connecting inside the Pyramid of Mars, and the dispatch team was able to travel from Montauk to the Pyramid of Mars several times by passing through the portal. Duncan II himself visited Mars and saw some of the technology operated inside the Mars pyramids. One of them was named "Solar System Defense." Montauk researchers hoped to stop this. This stopped back in 1943 CE (through time travel), and then UFOs started appearing.
(This probably means that the number of UFOs has increased since 1943 CE, as the system that protected the solar system from alien invasion was stopped in 1943 CE.)
They found evidence of intelligent life on Mars. They created a portal (time tunnel) and searched for it visiting 125,000 years before. He also had memories of time travel and trips to other planets.

However, subsequently some of the people involved felt uncomfortable with these experiments, or something strange appeared, so they decided to end the research.
Afterwards, Montauk Base was closed down, the memories of many of those involved, including Duncan II, were erased using MK Ultra's methods, and the base was closed with cement injected into its main parts so that they could no longer be used. Fort Hero and Montauk Base were later donated to New York State as a park.

2.4.11.2.4.6.1 Helga's Confession

A woman named Helga Morrow, an American born in 1935 CE, made her confession in the 1990's.
According to her, her father was a scientist from Nazi Germany named Frederick Cooper (German: Kueppers), who immigrated to the United States before World War II and participated in the Montauk Project with Von Neumann and others. He is said to have told secrets such as travels to the moon and Mars. She said that in 1962 CE, when her father was 70 or 71 years old, she received a call that her father had died in the hospital. However, before that, her father told her that he would soon be out of sight.
She was shown her father's dead body. However, she thought it was not her father. Later, as she was resting, she saw something like a vision and her father appeared to her, he said that he was in another dimension. He couldn't go back from the dimension, although he's not dead. He said that when she turns 55, she'll know a lot. He said that he would watch over her.

2.4.11.2.4.6.2 Andrew Basiago and Obama's Project Pegasus and Jump Room Program

Andrew Basiago (born 1961 CE) is a lawyer in Vancouver, Washington. He publicly started in 2004 CE to claim that he had participated in a top-secret U.S. government program working on teleportation and time travel under a top-secret experiment. According to his claim, he had been working with DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) between the ages of 7 and 12 in Project Pegasus, the predecessor of the Montauk Project and the Philadelphia Experiment. In addition, when he and Obama was about 19 years old, they travelled to Mars in Jump Room Program.

When he was a child, Bosiago visited Ford's Theater in Washington, D.C. on the night of President Abraham Lincoln's assassination in 1865 CE five or six times as part of a time-travel experiment, Project Pegasus. He was also sent, through DARPA's "plasma confinement chamber" in East Hanover, N.J., to Gettysburg, just before Lincoln gave his speech in 1863 CE, where Bosiago was photographed. (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, was the site of the largest battle of the Civil War in July 1863 CE, and Lincoln gave a speech on November 19, 1863 CE, accompanying the burial of the fallen. Shoemaker (cobbler) John Burns is a well-known figure who played an active role in this battle.) Basiago was barefoot and cold when he arrived in Gettysburg, Burns gave him big shoes, and Basiago claims that a photo of him arriving there shows him wearing the big shoes.
Basiago experienced eight different time-travel technologies over the course of the project. He claims that most of the technologies used "teleporters" developed through Nikola Tesla's technical documents. The teleporter "consisted of two gray elliptical booms about eight feet tall, separated by about 10 feet apart" between which "radiant energy" was broadcast.
Basiago said each of his visits to the past was different, “like they were sending us to slightly different alternative realities on adjacent timelines. As these visits began to accumulate, I twice ran into myself during two different visits.” He was transported back in time to the same place and the same moment, but coming from a different starting point in the present, he could have two selves in Ford's Theatre at the same time in 1865 CE. “After the first of these two encounters with myself occurred, I was concerned that my cover might be blown,” he recalled.

Basiago also claims that when he was about 19 years old, he was approached by CIA agent Courtney M. Hunt in 1981 CE and invited to visit Mars, he joined "Jump Room Program," teleportation to Mars. Barack Obama (by the name “Barry Soetero”) and Regina Dugan (born in 1963 CE; later director of DARPA) also joined it.
They attended a "Mars training class" at College of the Siskiyous in California. They were part of a group of 10 young people selected to travel to Mars.
When Mr. Basiago asked Mr. Hunt why he needed to teleport to Mars, Mr. Hunt replied: "Because the survival of the human race depends upon it."
They visited Mars through a teleportation chamber called a "jump room" of CIA facility in El Segundo, California in July 1981 CE. After arriving at an underground U.S. base, they spent about an hour on the Martian surface.   He claims that Soetero talked to Basiago "We're here" in the travel to Mars.

The second visit was in August 1981 CE with Mr. Hunt. On his second trip, Mr. Basiago and Mr. Hunt walked a quarter mile (400 m) across Martian desert-like terrain and visited one of the earliest Mars settlers, probably a CIA agent, living in a primitive stone cottage. The settler (colonist) talked about the loss of several fellow colonists on the Martian surface due to plesiosaur-like predators that lived on the Martian surface.
He claims that Obama (Soetero) visited Mars twice.

According to Basiago, their mission was dangerous. The CIA purportedly wanted to "establish a defense system to protect the Earth from threats from outer space" and to claim "territorial sovereignty," making Obama something of a Martian conquistador. Otherwise, the aim was to "acclimate Martian humanoid creatures and animals to their presence (presence of Earthlings)" in order to secure an alliance between the U.S. and Mars or to get along with the locals so that there will be no problems when setting up camp. The elder time-traveller, retired Army Major Ed Dames purportedly told Obama (Soetero) "Simply put, your mission is not to be eaten, but to be seen."

2.4.11.2.4.6.3 Michael Relfe's Mars Record in 2000 CE

Michael Relfe is a former U.S. military member who was recruited as a permanent member of the Mars colony in 1976 CE. Michael Relfe's wife Stephanie Relfe released a report entitled "The Mars Record."
According to the report, he joined the military and was teleported to a colony on Mars in 1976 CE, where he spent 20 years as a permanent member of its staff. After 20 years of service on the Mars, he was teleported, time traveled, and regressed in age by 20 years. His memory was erased and he returned to the US military base in 1976 CE. Mr. Relfe then spent six years on Earth serving in the U.S. military and was honorably discharged in 1982 CE. He underwent a procedure ("Clearing sessions") in 1996 CE that restored his memory.

The Mars colony has a permanent staff of 20 years. Politicians and others occasionally temporarily visited there.
When the resident staff member finishes his 20 years of service, his memories will be blocked, his age will be rejuvenated, and he will be sent back to his original time on the Earth. Relfe finished his service in 1996 CE and was returned to 1976 CE Earth, rejuvenated by 20 years. According to him, there are also Greys and Reptilians at the Mars base. A Grey was either a doctor or an engineer. Reptilians often camouflaged themselves to look like humans to hide their ferocious appearance.

2.4.11.2.4.6.4 Laura Magdalene Eisenhower's Recruitment in 2007 CE

Laura Magdalene Eisenhower is the former President Eisenhower's great-granddaughter. She announced that she had been invited (recruited) as a member of the Mars migration plan.
In 2006 CE, a man (call him "X") approached her. However, after nine months of knowing her, he confessed that he had approached her to be part of his Mars mission. He referred to himself as Joseph of Arimathea, Osiris, or Orion, and said he was involved in Freemasonry, the Knights Templar, remote viewing, time travel, and the Mars exploration program. He also said that Laura was a unique reincarnation of Magdalene/Sophia/Isis. According to his migration plan, Exodus, the first Ark will be named Sophia. She will carry several hundred individuals to another planet, with eleven ships for escort and exploration. We have five and a half years period to develop the Exodus fleet until 2012 CE. He says that the Looking Glass Project has never ever been able to look into the future beyond 2012 CE. He said we needed to escape by 2012 CE.
Agent X admitted that he had been implanted with a chip and suffered from multiple personality disorder with very sudden, robotic, and abusive behavior. He seemed to be under mind control and his plans were questionable.

In 2017 CE, a 52-year-old Michigan man named Stewart Swerdlow testified that he was one of Montauk Boys. Swadlow also claims that he and the other Montauk boys were sent to Mars and Biblical times through the portal (time tunnel).

Information of EBE 4 is unclear. The interviewee in "Alien Interview Film by Victor" (disclosed in 1997 CE) might be said to be EBE 4. On the other hand, it is said that Ebe #5 was the last exchanged representative and stayed until 1994 CE. Ebe #5 might possibly correspond to EBE 4.

According to Christopher, the British Royal family has been buying a lot of property in Colorado (Denver). The British Royal family and the followers believe the chaos of Earth's change and bought lands of Denver intending to establish a whole new Empire.
Alex Christopher told that she met Al Bielek around 1995 CE. Al Bielek was purportedly a member sent to time travel through the Montauk Project of Nikola Tesla. According to Christopher, he told that the Denver area is where the establishment of the Western sector of the New World Order will be in the United States and Atlanta is supposed to be the control center for the Eastern Sector.
As mentioned before, Phil Schneider claimed that when he was extending Dulce base drilling the underground, he happened to reach the underground facilities filled with aliens in 1979 CE. He continued to work drilling the underground of Dulce but quit around 1993 CE and started to disclose the secrets of the underground facilities. The underground facilities were the underground of later Denver International Airport (DIA).

According to a Denver city official, at the beginning, the CIA proposed to construct the airport there.
Christopher visited the Denver International Airport with Phil Schneider in 1994 CE. According to Al Bielek, Schneider's father was a U-boat captain during the Nazi regime and who was also on the Eldridge in 1943 CE, by the way. (That would be the reason why Schneider was trusted to drill the underground.)
She also explains a mural in which 3 caskets are depicted. In the 3 caskets, 3 dead women, a blonde hair girl holding a Pentagram of Solomon and a Bible, a Native American woman, and a black woman are laid. According to the painter of this mural, Leo Tanguma, the blonde hair girl is a Jewish-American. In the same mural, a little girl holds a Mayan tablet that speaks of the destruction of civilization. Another mural depicts a military man standing over a city that looks like a green "Darth Vader" with a sword that has destroyed the city. This character is huge, and there is a road depicted with women walking holding dead babies.
According to Christopher's interpretation, these murals include triggers to change personalities of people through MKULTRA type programs associated with Satanic rituals and mind control.
According to Christopher, Phil Schneider told that during the last year of the construction, they connected the underground airport system to the deep underground base. He also told that there was at least an eight-level (8 stories) deep underground base and there was a 4.5 square miles (11,700,000 square meters) underground city and an 88.5 square-miles (229,000,000 square meters) base undeneath the airport. There is a 10-mile (16 km), 4-line highway to this airport.
There was originally a 40 foot (12 m) diameter tunnel, which was believed to connect with "Dreamland." In the underground of the DIA, there are huge concrete tunnels along adjacent to the tramline on both sides. Each one is larger than a two-lane highway. The tunnels along the tramline could connect with an underground tunnel coming from five secret underground buildings, which were once built but soon buried. The buried five buildings were with a depth of from 75 to 120 feet (23 - 37 m). The buried five buildings were connected each other with 2.5 - 3 miles (4 - 4.8 km) long and 16 feet (4.9 m) wide tunnels. Aside from that, there were 2 secret runways, which were similarly buried covered with 4 inches of dirt. Schneider suspects that there would be a plan of hundreds of miles of underground roads connecting with high-speed bullet trains at Mach speeds. In the underground of the DIA, a crew of NSA electricains would be purportedly seen.

According to Christopher, Schneider also told that most of these bases are now jointly occupied by humans and either ancient earth races or alien races. According to Schneider, these underground bases serve many different purposes, such as medical research labs, prisons, work camps, military accommodations, food storage, and so on.
One area in particular is forbidden to go into unless you are wearing a biological protective suit. They say there is some kind of "unidentified biological fungus" in that area that attacks people's lungs.
There are areas in the deep underground that have chain-link fences with the barbed wire tops pointed inward, like they were there to keep people in, not keep people out. One of the electricians purportedly accidentally stumbled into the area down about six levels below the fourth level, and ran into some really weird stuff. He won't talk about any of it now.
Schneider told about the time when he was in the battle when they accidentally broke into the nest of the large grays aliens. He said that in the fight with them, one of large Greys that he killed, the eye shields popped and and revealed yellow snake eyes with the up and down type of pupil like a reptilian.
Schneider also stated about the underground bases/prison camps. There are thousands of slave labor children being used in these underground prison camps used by these aliens and when they become used up and worthless, Dracos slaughter them and eat them. They specifically like young human children, that haven't been contaminated like adults. A man releases a lot of information and he says that there is an incredible number of children snatched in this country over 200,000 each year and these children are the main entree for dinner.
According to Christopher, Draconians are purportedly 150,000 underneath some bases of New York area. There is a war that is going on under our feet, and above our heads, that the public doesn't know anything about, and its between these alien forces and the humans that are trying to fight them. The aliens Christopher has ever seen are the big-eyed Greys and some kinds of Reptilians.
Christopher mentions that some people states that the humans on this planet have been at war with these reptilian aliens for thousands of years. The same thing happened to civilization on Earth before, and that the humans before actually had the capability for interplanetary travel. On the other hand, human-looking extraterrestrials visiting our planet, at this time, trying to inform people what is going on, creating crop circles such as Mandelbrot fractal with some kind of information and guide them, are actually our ancestors that escaped the Earth before when it was under reptilian domination.
