Like Jelaila, COBRA assumes the existence of a group of aliens called the Galactic Federation and calls it the Light Forces and assumes the Dark Forces, which oppose the Light Forces and ruled the Earth for many years, but the control of the Dark Forces began to decline since around 2012 CE. COBRA is a code name that stands for COmpression BReAkthrough. This is also commonly referred to as "compression breakthrough." COBRA states that the Earth is isolated by malicious alien technology, many humans of the Earth believe in a false reality, and it should be broken working together with the Galactic Federation consisting of benevolent aliens. On the other hand, there is also a fabricated information source called EXOPAEDIA, which is centered around stories about the Galactic Confederation.
All of these are fabricated information intending to confuse humans on the Earth, the details vary and cannot be summarized as one clear story. Yet the following is a summary of the stories that has been forcibly summarized by fudging the details in order to get an overview.
